I work 1:1 with parents, couples, and midlife journeyers in a therapeutic coaching capacity. My unique approach is called Deep Change Work and draws on numerous neuro-therapeutic and coaching lineages all of which I have professional training or certification in.

Deep Change Work identifies limiting or unhelpful patterns and blind spots in how we perceive ourselves, others, and the world and updates them in a deep way, not just consciously and cognitively, but in the lower brain, the body, and the nervous system as well, so the change is accepted by and integrated into the whole system.

Deep Change Work centers and celebrates human paradox, complexity, integrity, and wholeness. This work also brings attention to the places of dissonance and opportunities for agency where modern life interferes with the ancient, indigenous, and sociobiological aspects of our humanity.
