Today  we have the pleasure of speaking with Blake Enever, a former rugby  union player who's played professionally for the Queensland Reds,  Canberra Brumbies, and internationally for Leister Tigers.

Not  only that, but Blake was also forunate enough to represent his country,  playing a few caps for the Wallabies during their spring tour in 2017.

Since  his retirement, Blake has seamlessly transitioned into coaching and has  returned to where it all began for him on the sunshine coast.

He is the founder of Enever Coaching, where he focuses on developing youth Rugby on the coast.

Blake shares his experiences playing professionally and his new found passion for coaching the next generation.

We also delve into the physical and mental preparation side of professional sport from a strength and conditioning perspective.
