- Nothing exists until we give it meaning

- We all have different perspectives that comes from the way we were raised, our environment, our conditioning, etc

- We've all had different experiences in the world and that's why we have different viewpoints and opinions

- It's not about the event, it's about what we make it mean

- Learning not to have judgment 'bad luck, good luck, who knows?'

- Have empathy, compassion and understanding for other people
