In this episode I share with you a couple of my personal journal entries. I wrote these entries at a time in my life where I was struggling with identity and not knowing what I my purpose was. I’m sharing this with you because I want to show that the inner work is not pretty. It’s not aesthetic and it’s not easy. The inner work is messy and painful but it changes lives.
