We often consume more than we create which can lead to creative fatigue and disconnection to self. We tend to lose our creative spark and feel unmotivated to do the things we usually love. This meditation will help you to reconnect with yourself again. Simply sitting with yourself, becoming aware of your breath, your body weight and your thoughts can make a big difference.

Often we idolise people in our lives and put them on a pedestal. Sometimes consciously, but a lot of the time unconsciously. This can be so damaging to our own self esteems because we are essentially telling ourselves that that person is better than us. That their worth is more than our own. And that their success is unreachable from down where we are. In this episode gel talks about how when we really get to know someone, we tend to take them off the pedestal and realise that they are just like us. No one's success is unreachable. You can have and achieve anything you want in life. You just have to believe that you can. Put YOURSELF on the pedestal. Hype YOURSELF up sis! You are worthy.
