18. Things That Have Been Impacting My Mental Health Lately

Wow, this feels vulnerable but also NEEDED.  I recently realised that since coming back to Instagram after having Jaxon, I've been sucked into sharing more REELS and less REAL stuff. And that's not what I'm about. My community has always been based on sharing the highs and lows because healing (and life!) isn't linear. So, in this episode, I'm deep-diving into 3 big themes that have been weighing on my mind lately and negatively impacting my mental health. I never want to come across as a "sage on the stage" just because I'm a coach. I'm far from perfect, I don't know it all and I want my content to be about authentic connection above all else.
