Melissa is a Co-Founder of VietNom - a new vietnamese restaurant in Liverpool City Centre. 

During the podcast Melissa spoke to us about her journey so far in hospitality, working for many of Liverpool's most loved restaurants before started VietNom. She talked us through the process of opening the restaurant and some of the challenges involved. 

She also spoke to us about some of the values which are important to her and such as black lives matter and how she uses the business as a platform to spread these messages.
