18. Why that feeling of FEAR isn't always a bad thing

Have you ever gotten wanted to make a change or do something so stinking bad but were so afraid you held yourself back from acting on it?  Ya me too. 

In todays episode I talk about that fear feeling and how its not always a bad thing.  Fear is actually good for us at times.  Sometimes fear is there to show us we need to run from that tiger and other times it is there to show us that this is something we truly freaking want and are about to level up or go through a major transformation.
