As Jesus followers, we’re called to share the Gospel message with those around us, but how do we best do this? In this message we address this very question. By looking at three scenes from the life of Jesus, we discover three ways to share our faith. One is by using what we have - what God has gifted us with. The second is to invite people to church – to ask if they would like to join us one Sunday or watch a service online. The third is to share our story – to talk to people about what God has done in our life. When we do these things, we’re not only being used by God to share the transformative power of Jesus, but our lives are transformed as we become more and more fully devoted followers of Him.

Do you feel stuck or hopeless? The Apostle Peter did when he went fishing all night and didn't catch one single fish, that is until Jesus joined him on the boat and took him to the deep end. Where is Jesus asking you to push out a little further with Him? To trust Him more? Our frustrations don't have to get the best of us. We can see it as an opportunity to follow Jesus to the deep end and witness him move in our lives, in that situation, and in that boat.

So many of us live constantly tired and exhausted and desperately in need of rest. In this message we discuss how the Sabbath helps us enter the rest of Jesus that our souls long for.

Have you ever wondered how best to share your faith journey with other people? Have you ever felt overwhelmed with all you have to do in life? If you answer “yes” to either of these questions, then this message is for you. As we look at Exodus Chapter 18, we see Moses share his story with his father-in-law Jethro, leading him to faith in God. Then, Jethro speaks into Moses’ life, encouraging him to restructure the way that he does things by making some leadership decisions. We will see that by changing things up, we can fulfil our God-given purpose and can bless those around us along the way.

In this message we look at Exodus Chapter 17 and see two confrontations. The first is internal. The Israelites turn on their leader Moses when they find themselves without water. The second is external. An army attacks Moses and the Israelites. In both cases, Moses does what he knows is best; he turns to God. As we study the passage, we discover some valuable life lessons – how to live in harmony with other people and how to grow in our faith by being in community with other believers – and it all starts by us lifting our hands to God.

Exodus 16

As we study Chapter 15 of the Book of Exodus, we see that having been rescued by the parting of the Red Sea from the advancing Egyptian army, Moses and the Israelites worship God in song; the first song found in the Bible. But then as they continue their journey in the wilderness and find themselves without water. They start complaining and blame Moses and God. Overall, the trust of the Israelites in God’s providence for them is dependent on their circumstances and how they feel. We can end up being the same, our mood determining our faith. This passage teaches us about the heart of worship and also serves as a warning to us not to allow our mood to determine our faith in God’s provision in our lives.
