Leaving home at 17 without a plan, feeling before thinking was the decision-making process that Graham Frost lived by. Cutting himself off completely from his strict church-focused family, Graham left the family home and didn’t return for 27 years. He wanted to be challenged, to learn new things and to make his own choices in life. Following a series of heart-shaped decisions, he led himself down several very different paths until finally finding his voice and his purpose and now he helps young people to stand up for themselves.
