“You have to have all the tools in your tool shed and be comfortable and sort of get your hands dirty to a degree,” Miller said. “And being in that position, I think, simply put, it's not for everybody. There's ebbs and flows of this business…some can ride that wave and others don't enjoy that up and down.”
