181. Staying Mobile When You Have A Desk Job with Sammy Wilson

Listen Later

Ever find yourself hunched over your desk like Gollum and think, "I really need to work on my posture"?

Or stand up after 8 straight hours at your chair and the creaks and cracks in your joints are only drowned out by your groans over how stiff and achy you are?

Then you need today's episode where I'm joined by movement and mobility coach, Sammy Wilson, who's giving us advice for how to stay mobile even if we're at a desk all day.
