 We feel bored because we are so used to being overly stimulated. To reduce boredom:

  • Unplug from technology – to have a better dopamine homeostasis. 
  • Practise meditation – to ground and calm your mind. 
  • Be curious & open to your surroundings – notice that in itself life is stimulating enough – never to feel bored again.
