184 The Mind-Body Connection with Jamie Star Crawford
Jamie Star Crawford is a Spirit-led passionate coach, whose mission is to heal, transform, and elevate humanity through a healthy mindset, emotional wellness, physical vitality, and spiritual congruency. Overcoming 15 years of depression, 18 years of chronic illness, anxiety, addiction, codependency, self-sabotage, and trauma, she has healed her mind, body, and spirit. Through her healing journey, she exposed herself to dozens of experts and training becoming a practitioner of several of the modalities such as NLP, Breakthrough therapy, M.E.R, Reiki, Psychedelic Integration, Leadership models, Shadow Work, Inner Child Healing, and more. For the last 7 years, she has coached groups and one on one individuals through life transitions, personal transformation, spiritual awakenings, and consciousness expansion. In 2020 she created a 10-week women's course called Truth Serum for the Soul, a looking-glass introspection into the foundations of the story that builds our life and the people we become. Her program has helped dozens of women create self-acceptance, empowerment, and authentic self-expression and will be offered once more in November 2021. Her new coaching program for visionaries and purpose-driven people will launch in January 2022. This program will reflect 7 years of wisdom learned as a visionary, creator, and leader. Her mission is to support and empower other visionaries who aspire to bring change into the world and want to live a life totally on fire.
