When we think of changing our lives, we often thing we need a mighty vision or a list of big goals.
Often, we radically transform our lives by overcoming the limiting patterns that were holding back, by the smallest degree each day.
What's the smallest thing you can do to support yourself, to accomplish that mission or to follow-through today?
Ask that consistently and you'll start to develop a daily consistency plan. It's not a huge list of goals, it's showing up for yourself and honoring your word.
Changing your approach starts with changing your focus.
Whatever you focus on you will magnify and whatever you magnify you will empower.
Take 10 minutes and reflect on what you've been magnifying in different areas of your life--for better or for worse.
List 10 ways you can change your approach.
Choose 1 and be consistent with it for the next 30 days and watch what happens!
