Why is it so hard to not buy into the stories that come up in our crazy mind that constantly play head games with us? Once we understand, and have awareness, then we can see what's going on, and then we have the power to change. The hardest part about transformation is that we can't see what is really happening because the subconscious or unconscious story that's playing out has been there for so long that it's a part of our identity and we don't question it because it's always been there.
