If exercise isn’t inspiring and fun and something you genuinely look forward to, maybe it’s time to stop exercising.  But we can’t ignore the mountains of evidence that show that exercise is one of the best things you can do for your current and our future body.  So what should you do instead?

If you're a woman in your 40s or 50s who doesn't LOVE exercising, send me a message at [email protected] and let's see what we can do to change that!  Moving your body and watching your progress can (and should) be fun.  When the things that are best for your healthspan and the things you most love doing become the same, you've got the golden ticket to aging at an elite level.  You deserve it.
