The point of the mini series is to dive deep, in the four levels of awareness, that our customers go through whenever they purchase something from us.
At first, they are UNAWARE, that they even have a problem…
Then, they become PROBLEM AWARE, but not aware of the solution…
Then they become PROBLEM AWARE & SOLUTION AWARE….
And the last step, the step we are aiming to get them to, is FULLY AWARE… this is were they have come to us to purchase the thing that solves their problem. They bought it, AND took action with it.
Over the next few weeks, I will be diving deep into each of these levels of awareness, give examples of how to spot it, and give you examples of how to approach someone correctly, and lead them through this awareness process…
