Cindy directed a nonprofit and managed group homes. The second edition of Cindy's memoir launched in December of 2022, titled, "Just Keep Swimming: a crash, a quest, and waves of hope." Cindy struggled with depression as she shared extraordinary adventures with her daughter—from a small town in Ohio to Harvard and around the world. Cindy now lives near Boston.
