Jill Granoff is no stranger to career reinvention. As a student at Duke University, Granoff was convinced she would pursue a career in psychology, but somewhere along the way she found that it just didn’t fit. Granoff reinvented her career with an MBA in organizational behavior, moving from industrial consultation to the beauty industry.
