Jarrett Wilbraham is a professional MMA fighter and past guest. This week he joins me remotely to check in, discuss his recent title fight in Melbourne, and in true Jarrett fashion, we get deep into his ongoing healing journey. Despite being an absolute savage in the Octagon, Jarrett is a deeply sensitive, and empathetic human who attributes much of his healing journey to his conscious use of psychedelics, supporting family and friends and training at an elite level. 
The conversation goes on a variety of tangents, we talk about:

• His wild fight down in Melbourne as parts of the HEXS promotion. A fight that he dominated, yet lost due to error.
• The losing mindset, learning from defeat and growing from it.
• The role of psychedelics on healing his trauma, and being better for those around him.
• Being part of Alex Volkanovski's UFC284 training camp.
• His financial concerns, making a living from fighting in order to provide and start a family of his own.

And there is much more to the conversation, you'll have to tune-in and enjoy the ride. We record remotely, and yes there was some sound quality issues which Jarrett and I were able to rectify. Still very listen-able, however, the audio quality is not as good as in-person recordings (obviously).
