Waking up, hitting the floor in panic, rushing around to get ready and feeling like the day is already starting off on the wrong foot is no way to live day in and day out. That will cause our bodies to be under constant pressure and stress. I think it is no secret that stress is a common emotion most of us experience. But I don't think it is something we really have to carry around everyday all day. We don't always notice the signs & symptoms our body gives us to signal we are stressed out, but we can learn about the ways our body expresses it is stressed.
