I'm a SUCKER for some good reflective practice, I see that eyeroll! This year I spent time scrolling back through photos, snapchat mems, instagram highlights, the lot and figured out that I had learned some pretty important lessons this year, one for every month in fact! Goes to show that we are truly forever evolving, learning, growing, and being moulded by our experiences to support us moving forward. Have a go! We all enjoy a good scrolling session, why not make it purposeful now we're in the new year!
