It's something I've been doing for many, many years and began my practice with Buddhist monks and nuns twenty years ago. I listened to their teachings and learned how to relax my physical body and felt the affects of this on my mind.
In this meditation session, I'll guide you through a process of settling the mind and body, encouraging awareness of physical sensations and relaxation techniques.
The session will emphasise the importance of listening to one's body, releasing tension, and trusting one's intuition. Through gentle breathing exercises and mindfulness practices, participants are invited to create a safe space for themselves, allowing for mental clarity and emotional well-being.
