    • BBT workouts are very intentional in targeting certain muscle groups one day and then letting them rest the next. When we target a muscle group it breaks down the muscle fibers and rebuilds them, essentially rebuilding your muscle better and stronger.
    • Why mornings are the best time for inspiration, brain work and body work! Create routines that you can stick to and don’t negotiate. When you negotiate, you start to talk yourself out of healthy habits.
