T.W. self harm, domestic violence, suicide, death, mental health. 

In this episode I am delighted to interview my amazing friend Chloe who very bravely and openly talks about hitting rock bottom and the journey to bounce back up, her battle with self-harm and traumatic life experiences remarkably similar to my own that we each dealt with very differently. 
I cannot express how lucky I am to have this incredible woman as a friend and commend her so much for being so honest in this episode.
