Everyone has a mountain to climb both literally and figuratively. I sit down with my friend TJ Shawver and we discuss the challenges that come with staying on the course to reach out fitness and health goals, and how to rebound when we fall off course. TJ and I talk about training for western hunts from his location ( Wyoming) and mine ( Minnesota - the flatland). Definitely some similarities but different approaches to reaching the same goal, being our best for the hunt and or lives.
