In episode 19, myslef and Darragh Hayes have a catchup. Darragh was the first guest on Behind The Mic. He returned to have a chat about hemp farming and we went into a bit more detail on the ins and outs of the processing of the plant. Darragh has recently completed a course in regenerative agriculture practices; this was another big talking point during this episodes. The other topic touched on in episode 19, just slightly is mindfulness.
