Devin O'Neill is a Crossfit Athlete training out of Braintree, MA. Devin is a former D1 track athlete who competed for UMASS Lowell. Devin opens up about  his training, diet, and lifestyle and gives us an insiders view of what the grind is like trying to make it to the CrossFit Games.
