It can feel like everytime we press publish on a post or hit record to make a reel, we're auditioning for the next season of America's Next Top Instagram-er

And that constant pressure - to entertain, to try and stand out, to make sure our content nails it every single time and looks different from the 19,876 people ALSO using that same trending reel audio - it's really draining

While I balanced (or wobbled) in my tree pose in a recent yoga class, the teacher said something that stuck with me...
