About Amanda

Amanda Baudier is a "Becoming Coach" who works with Founders & Executives at the intersection of business and spirituality. Amanda spent 20 years scaling globally recognized companies including Tao Group, Sakara Life, and Melissa Wood Health. Concurrently, she immersed herself in studying spirituality and wellness -- receiving certifications in Mindfulness, Meditation, Yoga Therapy, Holistic Nutrition, Somatic Experiencing, and more. She is also the co-host of the Full Plate Full Cup podcast where she interviews inspirational creatives and businesspeople to go behind the scenes of their "hero's journey."

After 21 years in NYC, Amanda recently moved with her husband and 2 children to a 20-acre homestead in the Shawangunk Mountains where she runs a private coaching practice and leads healing retreats. A forever student, Amanda is currently apprenticing under a local shaman and soaking up the endless wisdom of nature.
