Ok, well this might not work for everyone, but Kara Shields of Kvault Apparel has turned this pipe dream into her own reality. From an idea she had an college to a business that eventually led her to quitting her 9-5 and moving to an island of Hawaii, we sat down with fellow business owner and Pittsburgh native, Kara to hear more about her journey in business and how pivoting during a global pandemic changed the trajectory of her life. 

We talked to Kara about how important branding is in the currently saturated vintage marketplace, and the drive and faith it takes to keep pushing yourself through when it feels like you're starting from the ground up.
