Sharing an update on my personal PCOS journey to hopefully help anyone who has been or could potentially be diagnosed with this hormone and metabolic condition.
Patience- this didn't just "happen" overnight, and you won't heal it overnight
Consistency
Finding support- Personally, I found that support in the form of a COACH was a hugely benefical for me.
Managing stress- This is actually number 1.
Cutting out entire food groups- This is not sustainable and it's going to make you miserable
Taking advice you hear on Instagram and Tiktok- Everyone is different and what works for some might not work for you.
Thinking you can handle this completely on your own- Sis, we believe you. But please get a coach or nutritionist to help!
Blaming your condition for everything, but at the same time....
