We've mentioned on the podcast before that we were BOTH "diagnosed" with PCOS this past year, but never went into detail about our experiences and our struggles with this lifelong condition. Through our own research and just talking to our clients, friends and followers, we discovered that SO many of you are experiencing the same situation and having trouble knowing where to turn. We want to be advocates for not only business, beauty and boutiques, but wellness all around!
What has worked for US so far:
Gluten and dairy free, for the most part!
Being more mindful about soy, sugar, and anything processed- ORGANIC, if possible.
Exercising daily, even if it's just a walk!
Relaxation and stress relief, journaling, meditation, yoga, talking to a friend- whatever works for you!
Getting your hormones tested regularly
Talking with others who have a similar/same diagnosis
BE YOUR OWN ADVOCATE, no one knows your body like YOU do!
