I get messages all the time from people who are struggling to recommit to their workouts and themselves.

So, today that is what we are talking about. How to recommit after you have falling out of your routine.

I know how hard it can be to pick yourself back up after you have fallen off that "wagon". You might feel embarrassed, disappointed that you broke your promise to yourself or even feeling like what is even the point any more.

I'm here to tell you it's okay to have periods of downtime and in this episode we will discuss a few tips on how to get back into your routine.

 

The negative energy you are transmitting worrying about why it happened in the first place is not going to help you get back on track.
