As a certified functional medicine practitioner (CFMP) and a certified nutrition therapy practitioner (CNTP), my mission is to get to the root cause of the issue(s) you are facing.

It’s important for you to know my core beliefs before deciding to become a client:  the client determines the outcome, not the practitioner and I help co-create health rather than treating the client.  I’ve found that co-creating health is much more effective and long lasting compared to working with someone based on lab results or their symptoms.  Lab results are certainly beneficial but they do not tell the client’s entire story.
