Facebook groups came alive this weekend with teaser pictures of a new RTR version of the popular Redcat Gen8. They blurred out the exterior shots of the car, but let us see the specs of what the RTR was boasting. Hobbywing Axe brushless crawler electronics, a Reef's 422 HD servo, Swamper tires, FlySky GT5 transmitter, a divorced transfer case and more. A day later we saw the same ad with the body shown that reveals the scale interior, and roll cage design. The question is...what kind of savings can they pass along to the customer? Let's talk about that.
