RC Conspiracies

Pictures have been circulating around the web showing an ARRMA that has TLR parts and logos on it. Is it real? I think so.

Tonight we have a special guest on RC Conspiracies: RC Amigos. You guys have seen my cool metal RC stands with the bomb cutouts that he makes. He also has a killer Instagram account that has blown up as he's jumped into the hobby headfirst. Really looking forward to learning more about him, his passion for the hobby and what crazy things he's cooking up. You guys should see his backyard...what an RC Playground!

Check him out on IG here: https://www.instagram.com/rc_amigos/

Tonight is a going to be a fun night as we have Ryan from Pilot Ryan Media on the show with us. It's a bit of a slow week in RC News, so I like to take these opportunities to bring people in to talk about the RC Hobby from their perspective. How they got into it and why they love it. Be sure to check out and subscribe to Pilot Ryan Media.

With two recent RCs being announced at $479, I thought it would be interesting to look at what $479 gets you in 2020. We'll be looking at the 3S Traxxas Hoss, 4s Losi Lasernut, and 6s ARRMA Typhon.

Tonight we'll be talking with Fresh Squeezed RC about his burnout challenge, Scale Hoonigan Builds, the MadVan, and more. He has some of the coolest RC shorts on Instagram and I'm always drawn to his content. He also has a great YouTube channel that you should all subscribe to if you haven't yet. Wow guys, I just noticed I hit 30k subs. Don't know if it was today or yesterday, but I thought I'd take this time to say thank you and hang out for a little bit. RC Conspiracy...is that it's hard to find Toilet Paper and RC Parts/Cars :)

It's definitely a crazy time in our world right now, but I'm glad I have a hobby that allows me to have something to do in this time of social distancing. I like that so many companies have gone live and are bringing us more information and stuff to do with our time of separation.  Hope this update finds you well and that you are able to be enjoying the RC hobby still.

There's a lot going on in the world, but not many conspiracies that I want to tap directly into. Tonight will be a casual Q+A night that may dig into some conspiracies.

Well my facebook messenger went crazy this past weekend (thank you Losi!) because of a post from the Mint 400 event. Losi posted a video of the Bad Habit monster truck jumping crush cars and doing burnouts in a parking lot at the event along with this text:

"Do you think #Losi needs a true solid axle #monstertruck ? Technically we are #raceinspired and they do race them! #mint400"

That exclamation point at the end of their sentence is emphatic to me. I say "BRING IT ON!!!!" Mike Eaton of Screw Loose Hex Hardware will be on with me to discuss this and what we hope they bring to the market....if they do....scrap that...WHEN they do!

The RC Conspiracies office is TRASHED right now! I've been very busy with work, more work, and RC projects for YouTube! But I took a quick break to keep up with some of the latest RC news...like the new Hot Wheels Tesla that sold out almost immediately.
