HPI was the king of the RC bashers for a while, but then the parts support dried up and the cars stopped showing up on Hobby Shop shelves. Now they are under new ownership and they teased us that change is coming. Many of us are excited, but starting to wonder when and where their importance lies in this new company. If you've watched the channel for a little while, you'd know that I choose to buy Castle Creation motors and ESCs for all my bashers. I've yet to have one die on me. Every one I've bought or got in a used RC are still operating. That's probably why I keep going back to them. So as I've started to invest in better systems for my crawlers, I wanted to get the Castle Creations brushless systems, but haven't been able to find them for a long time - until now. I'm not the only one to notice or say anything, so I thought it would be a good time to talk about it.

We've all been waiting for ARRMA to release a large 8s Kraton or Outcast to compete with the Traxxas X-MAXX. Many of you know I personally refrain from calling it an X-maxx killer. I think they will be two different vehicles and both awesome. That said, ARRMA has been teasing that this will be a BIG year for Arrma. We've seen several big items like the Infraction, Limitless and Mojave...but is there something Bigger? IF so, when will it come? I feel like this 8s Spektrum system may be telling. Let's talk about that.
