Today’s guest is someone I met a few years ago at a wellness event and I’ve really enjoyed watching her grow and expand as a person and in her business.  She’s a healthy lifestyle expert, media personality and entrepreneur. While helping many people achieve their physical and emotional goals Lauren was also dabbling back into her marketing roots and decided to launch her own social media PR agency last year. She founded Influence And Impact, a PR and influencer marketing agency for entrepreneurs and connects them with other people and brands to make more of an impact.
