Maggie Dong is a fitness and life coach who helps women master their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual fitness, so they can attract the relationships and lifestyle they desire. Maggie started her personal development journey when she wanted to get in shape. But when she reached her body goals, she noticed that something was still missing from her life. Maggie's mission is to help women turn their focus onto developing themselves in the 4 areas of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual fitness, so that they can become human magnets to attract their desires. Maggie is also the host of the Mind Muscle Enlightenment podcast.

Her big mistake she made starting/scaling her business: Overworking herself and not trusting the process.

In this episode, we talk about how it’s so easy to overwork yourself as an entrepreneur, especially in the beginning. Like so many entrepreneurs, Maggie started her business working fifteen-hour days, thinking she needed to constantly overwork herself in order to get her business off the ground. When she finally took a step back and focused on intentionality instead of quantity, her entire business and life changed.
