This is a heavy one but it is a good one and I just love how Holy Spirit came through with a Word. And, we are here for it! In this journey of processing our trauma, we need to ensure we are aligning ourselves with those things of God. We are what we consume so why not consume things that bring you closer to the Father. Each day we get a choice so why not show up with God each day as we heal!
