On this episode of the Freedom Path Investors Real Estate Investing Podcast we sat down with fellow St. Louisan (transplanted from Miami) Kristina Aguilera. She got started wholesaling about 5 years ago after attending a weekend real estate seminar. Since she had recently been laid off from her job she decided to go all in and put $90k on a credit card for coaching and mentoring. After getting home from the weekend event she immediately went door knocking and landed her first deal. While getting the wholesaling game going she went to work for a title company for a couple years to learn the ins and outs of transactions. During that time she formed several relationships that would be instrumental to building her rental portfolio. Kristina has found a niche investing for cash flow in C & D class neighborhoods and is passionate about turning around blocks in North St. Louis City. Over the past two years she has grown her portfolio to over 220 units! Oh and she also still wholesales and does fix & flips. She is a hustler and takes massive action!
