一. 换工作

huàn gōng zuò

Change jobs

我换了份新工作。

I got a new job.

我换工作了。

I changed my job.

我现在在一家新公司工作。

I'm with a new company.

我辞职了。

I quit my job.

我把老板炒了。

I fired my boss.

老板把我炒了。

My boss fired me.

我决定自己创业。

I decided to start my own business.

我决定自己做老板。

I decided to be my own boss.

我想休息一下。然后想一想自己到底想干嘛。

I just wanted to take a break and thought about what I wanted to do.

二. 换房子

huàn fáng zi

Get a new apartment / house

我换新房子了。

I got a new apartment / house. (of you are buying)

If you are renting a new house, we would say

我新租了一个房子。

I got a new apartment / house. (of you are renting)

我现在搬到了一个新地方。

I moved to a new place(of a city; a country etc.).

三. 换车

huàn chē

Change cars

我换车了。

I changed my car.

我以旧换新换了辆新车。

I traded in my car.

旧换新换

trade in old carsfor new ones

我买了辆新车。

I got a new car.

我买了一辆新的电动车。

I got a new electric car.

四. 换学校、换专业

huàn xué xiào , huàn zhuān yè

Change schools and majors

我换学校了。

I changed schools.

我换专业了。

I switched my major.

五. 换伴侣

huàn bàn lǚ

Have a new partner

我换男朋友了。

I got a new boyfriend.

我换女朋友了。

I got a new girlfriend.

我交了一个新对象。

I‘m seeing someone new.

对象: BF or GF

我交了一个新对象。

我交了一个新男朋友。

我交了一个新女朋友。

I‘m seeing someone new.

我们不在一起了。

We're no longer together.

我们决定先分开一段时间。

We decided to take some time off.

六. 生活变化

shēng huó biàn huà

Changes in life

我的生活发生了一些变化。

There have been some changes in my life.

我的工作发生了一些变化。

There have been some changes in my work.

我决定做出些改变。

I decided to make some changes.

我决定做出些颠覆性的改变.

wǒ jué dìng zuò chū xiē diān fù xìng de gǎi biàn.

I decided to shake things up.

我决定尝试些新东西。

I decided to try somethinig new.
