Chances are we all know (or are!) someone who has blamed their lower back for their back pain.
But what if your lower back is not the problem?
Almost 85% of people with back pain present with non-specific lower back pain (LBP), where there is no clear anatomical cause for their pain. When medical investigations are clear and there is no direct trauma, incident or observable cause for the LBP, it's really important that we adopt a problem-solving approach that considers function and movement.
