As someone who has dealt with varying degrees of anxiety and depression since childhood, I know first hand how difficult it can be to do "basic life stuff" in these dark moments. I am in no way trying to suggest that it is easy to overcome bad mental health days, but I have found that the practices I share in this episode are extremely helpful when I am not doing well mentally.
