Workplace disagreements happen all the time and sometimes Management have to step in, especially when someone is physically assaulted.

Its usually inevitable that the offending worker is dismissed.  What is not usual is the deaths that follow.

Was he slowly going downhill for quite some time and no one noticed?  Or did he just explode at the perceived injustice?
