The first step to considering if your body might be right would be to consider if you are considering your body on a daily basis in the first place. How many years did I walk through life never giving body a second thought, other than to wonder why it was working against me. Anyone else? What if we slowed down and asked our body what was going on in there? What if not only was your body in fact a friend, but perhaps our closest friend? What then? What would be possible? How would your life change? And what if after all this time you tuned into youd body and discovered there was a massive amount of wisdom right there we were created with just waiting to be explored.
