Data can be leveraged in understanding people more intelligently rather than going with gut feeling. The use of analytics can give a better picture of the talent outside the organization & it can also help pick better culture-fit talent.

  • Trends that will redefine the workplace of 2022?

Indu shares 3 C’s to explain the trends:

Choice: To improve talent participation, employers need to tailor fluidity and customization for roles and opportunities accordingly.

Connections: In a remote setup, one needs to work a little harder to make sure that you're forging the right relationships. This will peak talent performance and longevity.

Collaboration: Working collaboratively enables team members to share information, build healthy workplace relationships, and work more effectively.
