In this piece, Mier argues that Bolsonaro's electoral victory would have been impossible if not for the violent suppression of Haddad supporters throughout the country, making his election illegitimate. Mier goes over Bolsonaro's alarming fascist credentials, the details of the plot against Lula, and what people in the US can do to put pressure on Bolsonaro's administration from the outside.
